Good ruling.. ill admit, i didnt have confidence in the SCOTUS, but they proved me wrong. This is a win for Federalism and the constitution and should be up to the states and/or private businesses, not the federal government. Nice win for america today!

Yeah the healthcare industry is going to have issues, but that also aids on going hysteria when 'the news' can claim hospitals are overwhelmed.

Reports of hospitals allowing Covid positive employees to work. They are safe for some reason but the unvaccinated are not. That is the upside down world we are living in right now. This country is broken.

No.

The lawsuit against the federal contractor mandate (which is enjoined with injunction recently upheld by 6th Circuit) has not yet been heard by SCOTUS.
