Ah Twitter. Sign up today, post anything you want, get fired for it 10 years later. What a fantastic product.
Seems to me there are at least three that are totally cool with “working around the Constitution.” Perhaps one or three more…

Kagan, Breyer and Sotomayor are more than happy to wipe the floor with the Constitution on many issues.

I am probably going to eat crow on my prediction made here a few weeks ago.

Oh well, won't be the first time.

WTH is taking SCOTUS so long to issue the ruling?

Given the irrevocable nature of having taken a medication, time is of the essence here. It is why, regardless of your opinion on the matter, the injunction should have stood until SCOTUS ruled.

Although we don't yet have a mandate at my employer, part 1 of the OSHA ETS forces employees to reveal their vaxx status ASAP even as the Court wrestles with what should be a fairly straightforward issue. Even many of my vaxxed colleagues don't want to reveal their status because they don't GAS about the 1 day PTO bribe and they DON'T want to have to go to Canada right now. I don't blame them.

I’m glad my employer has been dragging their feet on purpose waiting for the final decision to be made.

I thought OSHA ETS wasn't in full force until like 15 Feb or something like that?!

Regardless, the wheels of justice do grind slow

It is completely legal under HIPAA for an employer to require employees to disclose their vaccination status, and that was true well before the OSHA mandate.

Part 1 of the ETS was effective today forcing covered employees to reveal their vax status and if not vaxxed, to wear masks in all workplace settings. The deadline to actually have all employees vaxxed or start paying fines is February 9.

Mine has been dragging their feet until today. Report status ASAP. I don't go to work for a few more days so I'm going to slow roll it a bit longer in the hopes SCOTUS brings this country back to its senses.

And what if there are not tests available??? What is one to do if one cannot produce a negative test weekly? What is the contingency program for you folks out there working under exemption. Thanks.
