I cant wait for some group to get ahold of Fauci accounts and see how much he is getting from this or will be.

I thought the SCOTUS would roll in and support OSHA. I was wrong

The Fed mandate is probably dead as well since it was enjoined and is closely tied to the OSHA on many principles.

Funny they went that way with CMS. The ones in charge of our healthcare are the least allowed to decide on their own? Seems contradictory. I read the majority and it doesn't pass the smell test.

Oh well, good day today for freedom.

I feel sorry for you, hearing that is what in life makes you the happiest. It seems petty and small to me.

Apparently anyone gets to play. And SCOTUS judges have come down it’s some abysmally wrong decisions in the past.

They have yet to repeal Buck vs Bell:

Permitting states to involuntarily sterilize epileptics and other ‘genetic undesirables.’
This. 10char

PS. Sotomayor was quoting WILDLY inaccurate covid data as she went into this case. Un-buh-lievable

1. There are several drugs that are effective but for the last 2 years all we’ve heard is “it’s horse dewormer” or “there’s not enough evidence” even though the only studies that show they don’t work are funded directly or indirectly by big pharma. Normally, a drug takes about 10 years to be developed and on top of that… 1 in 5,000 ever make it through the whole testing process. Yet, Pfizer got their horse dewormer approved in about 6 months on their very first attempt. Yea…I’m sure it’s not similar to any current drug with an expired patent. Probably a completely new formula.

So when the media who’s advertising revenue mostly comes from pharma says a non-patented drug is ineffective… color me a skeptic. I’ll wait to hear what the doctors who are actually using it on a regular basis in actual patients have to say about it… not what a guy on TV who hasn’t treated anyone in over 30 years says.

2. Omicron is mostly a cold, so they probably don’t need much of a treatment now anyway.

No I’m talking about the one that congress has been using when infected even while they claim it’s not effective. I think you’re thinking of the one that most NFL teams are using to treat their vaccinated players with “breakthrough” cases. Not the one that the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious diseases found to be the ONLY complete inhibitor of SARS Cov2 out of 4,000 potentially effective drugs that they screened back in January 2021. Oh wait…

Dr. Fauci's finances have been public for 35 years because of his job:
