Airbus better increase its A220 production efficiency for this to happen….
70 aircraft = around 580 pilots by 2024.
Currently I believe there’s about 100. So they need to hire 160 per year not accounting for attrition which will only get higher. Today AA showed their pilot group they take them serious and they know it’s competitive out there. Breeze refuses to do that. I just don’t think breeze will have a chance hiring and attracting the pilots they need. Specially when other carriers will likely follow AA’s suit.
