I was asking about info as to what makes it such a superior product on a single aisle jet than the multitude of companies operating dual aisle service.
Single aisle has little to do with it. In short:
The combination of:
-Free Wifi
-5 FAs for 134 passengers at capacity.
-Very good and fresh food (even in economy) that you customize on the IFE before takeoff.
-Free unlimited spirits in addition the normal wine and beer.
-Latest IFE system
-Very quiet engine noise levels in the cabin
Lacking (for the moment)- lounge access for J Class.. haven’t gotten the chance to ride in Mint yet for comparison.
But for the economy passenger it’s better than BA, AA, DL and EI all of whom I’ve crossed with in 2019. Just one person’s experience, perhaps I just got lucky on my flight!
