One thing to watch for will be things that will indicate AA is going to bring the RJs onto their certificate. If the "staple" is real, they will need to do this. So, look for AA management to start taking more roles in training/fleet/management at the WO Regionals and for documents/procedures to start to align with that of mainline.
Envoy procedures and Ops manual already does. They have been moving that way since the 175 program came from the 190.
