We’re home based not really remote based. Very rarely walk onto or off of an airplane without having to airline to pick it up.
When I went through (it’s been a while) it was a week of indoc and 2 weeks of aircraft initial. FlightSafety does our training. Where depends on availability. For the KingAir I had been to Wichita, Atlanta, and TruFlight in Lutz, FL. I believe they’re doing some in TEB also.
IOE is usually a tour or 2 for SICs, depending on how fast you pick up the flying skills and the administrative stuff and of course how much flying you do.
