How many pilots has Delta hired without a degree, not including flows? Yes they changed the requirement to have a degree to apply, but that doesn't mean they are scrapping the bottom of the barrel yet.
Exactly, there’s thousands of 135 and 91 guys applying for the majors as well. Even though there’s a shortage there’s still a lot of talent out there.
