Most of the legacy interview stuff seems to be about being able to check as many boxes as possible and getting a high enough score on their interviews/algorithms. If that wasn't the case, there wouldn't be companies like RST with clients paying hundreds or thousands of dollars for interview prep coaching that basically teaches them what they need to say and how to say it, along with practice drills so you learn how to hide anxiety and show confidence along with what a resume needs in order to get passed the troll at the gate. At the end of the day, if a person can safely operate at the regionals, they can safely operate at mainline. And if they can't safely operate at the regionals, they shouldn't be there. But it is, what it is.
