ARE SWA APPLICANTS GETTING THE WHOLE TRUTH?

You might see this statement on the careers page...

"Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by start date to comply with Executive Order 14042, which requires employees of federal contractors to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19."

Thats not true. You are entitled to an exemption by law. ASSERT YOUR RIGHTS UNDER Title 7 and the ADA... you can request an exemption and they must provide an accomodation.(except in certain circumstances) Denying an applicant opportunity to apply is no different than denying you based on your race or sex.
