Hiring 2022

Lmao. Then they’re smoking some strong stuff down at HQ. I mean, who would want to upgrade (or have the option to anyway) after only a year at a legacy carrier into a more comfortable airplane.
Good god, they need to get over their egos. Want to retain people in this environment? Then you’d better open that checkbook because a good proportion are going to bail. For someone junior it’s an absolute no brainer.

No one can ever accuse you of having a lack of persistence.

While I disagree of his assessments of the critter. He is spot on with how screwed up and head in the sand the GO is. They rely on Herbs legacy and the CULTure that used to be.

I was hired at USAir for a July 3rd 1989 class date. Piedmont Airlines was part of USAir by this point but still operating separately. They had a class on July 5th.
Those two days made the difference between getting furloughed or not.
