AA is targeting somewhere in the neighborhood of 72-100 pilots a week, pair that with retirements it’s hard to turn a blind eye to that. I’m not going to argue with you about equipment and work rules because you probably think ours are unmatched. Yeah, been seeing droves of AA and UAL pilots in class at spirit. GMAFB
Why would someone give up seniority? To leave AA or UAL? Just like people besides mostly junior folks aren’t leaving here.
you obviously know very little of what life is like at AA. Also people leave here for the hopes and dreams of flying a wide body and not working for an airline that’s looked down on and the butt of most jokes.
