Back on topic. we have a huge problem with attrition. We won't be able to staff our growth plans if we can't retain our pilots. If we don't grow, that further exacerbates our problems because that "promise" is the main attraction for F9. Management should be doing everything they can to attract pilots. Instead, they have decided that pilots are the cause of their problems, and have decided to punish us. They are living in the past and without changing their paradigm will drive this place straight into the ground.
