If we don't grow, that further exacerbates our problems because that "promise" is the main attraction for F9. Management should be doing everything they can to attract pilots. I think those are mostly fair points, just grossly exaggerated
And honestly, some amount of attrition will be leverage for us going into the next round of contracts talks. Supply and demand of pilot labor will be in our favor.
And just curious, Southwest canceled over 10,000 flights in December. Are they being driven straight into the ground? Or is it just us?
