I’ll help you out, as you seem to have difficulty comprehending a very easy procedure. Call operations, report the individual, and have a redcoat meet said person at the door when you land.
Nobody should be lecturing an incompetent passenger, but it is your job as PIC to inform your crew of it’s roles. You’re not to escalate, that simple. All that’s required is a name and seat number for the message to operations.
