Union forum. This isn't really the place for it, IMO. Watch your backs out there, but airing dirty laundry in public as a warning to new hires is a bit out there. Overall, inflight is very welcoming to new hire pilots. It's generally the senior pilots that tend to end up doing carpet dances.
Oh, and current SWA pilots should download and listen to the latest SWAPA number podcast. Some need to hear it twice.
