Direct contact will not be as big of a deal as everyone thinks. We basically are that on duty now anyways. It just is a reach around way of doing it.

We will see pay increases, schedule improvements, and retention bonus money thrown at us for each career step. Ie upgrade, flow, etc. I'd expect to see quarterly bonuses too. This will all happen quick followed by Delta new contract which will eventually absorb at least 50% of us by the end of 2022.
