Yes sim is required as a part of the interview. It will be any aircraft that is in the NJ fleet. They give you your sim packet the night before, which tells you the sim you’ll fly. Packet includes company call-outs that you must know for the sim the next day. You’ll hand fly a departure, steep turns, then hand fly an approach to land or missed. Focus on CRM and callouts.
