Exactly right. They will even drag negotiating a contract out years, costing millions of dollars in order to keep pay rates at bottom feeder rates. Then throw a bone to the union about aircraft orders and unless they accept bottom feeder pay rates, they won’t be able to get these airframes. The weak will cave and vote yes.
