I was going to ask the same thing. Apparently “calling your rep”, doesn’t get you as correct info as some think.
These are the people who quit in January. The higher numbers are accurate as those were "resignation" numbers, but won't be counted until they officially leave. Example, a pilot who puts a 2 week notice in on January 25th, the Union will know about it and will the company, but he won't officially be counted until the day he actually leaves.
