But to suggest this place is massively inferior because it’s perceived the bigger guys are so much better is a purely a personal view. The view from where I sit I couldn’t be happier. We are past the early days of southwest in the spirit life cycle. That’s why it’s “mostly” relatively junior leaving. Sure if you were hired at spirit ten years ago or prior then the analogy works. After that seniority movement alone here doesn’t make sense for the newer guys. Obviously many other factors may influence a move by someone but the seniority (with some assumptions in the industry) is just math.
