Why any pilot would waste their time on a company wide town hall is beyond me. These only exist because someone in HR has a study that they help with employee engagement and culture. These are things for people too dumb to understand that they come to work for a paycheck first. I couldn’t give two poops about any culture building and that’s why I don’t waste my valuable time on these. Nothing of substance will be said on this call. Zero.
