Yes, you pick which aircraft at the time they offer your CJO and then they discuss the training dates that are available.
Fresno is on the small side as far as bases go. I haven't heard anyone getting it directly out of training as most have gone to the larger bases on the CRJ side. My class was all MSP, ORD, and DTW for initial awards. As with anything, lot's of turnover expected as FO's upgrade and CA/FO's leave for the bigger airlines. Shouldn't be that hard to hold after a few months out of training.
