staff the place with Australians? How many qualified austrailian pilots do you think there are? bringing in some foreign pilots wont solve the staffing issues here or hurt leverage in this environment. It will "help" put some butts in the seat, but we have a longgg way to go to staff this place and the future growth. Its a pilot market and we ALL have leverage. If we dont give raises, the ship will sink further due to the 12k + pilots needed at the legacies over the next few years alone. Im not worried about some austrailian pilots coming here. We all have to do our job as well and teach them how things work here in the US and the word "NO" for voting on the 1st contract that comes their way is an important word to teach them.
