I think if we’re being honest you have to be blind to not see the direction this place is going. Higher ups hold the power to curb it, but guarantee we haven’t even seen the tip of how bad it’ll get. They’ll think they can fight it and when it’s too late they’ll probably unsuccessfully attempt to fix it.

The reps have to deal everyday with the garbage that Spirit is so great at throwing at us, along with continued empty promises for improving things. It gets old from a line pilots perspective, imagine it from theirs. This place is a revolving door, even for pilots now. Even a chief is bailing on that role. I never thought about leaving until recently, got an offer from one of the big boys with no recs and within weeks of applying. It’s crazy out there.
