I have never said guys should explore options, go for it. Ol Clarence Thomas on here has like 15 years here and looking at AA, that’s a lot invested.

It’s the idea that whatever issues we have here, don’t exist at AA. If I were a first or second year FO, sure, I would be looking as well. Guys just need to go into this with eyes open and not all that glitters is gold.

As someone said once “if you’re miserable at your current airline, you’ll likely be miserable at your next airline.”
