I’ve been hearing more and more people that are planning to leave. When we have upper union members leaving and chief pilots stepping down, that’s bad.

Lack of communication all around.

Can’t get ahold of scheduling on most days unless you hold for a half hour plus. On bad days over an hour and on IROP days over 2 hours of hold time. Also, schedulers are hard to hear as they work from home. They seem to have to ask permission through chat to their supervisor with even simple requests like a deadhead release. Very hard to collaborate from home.

Chief pilot email from a few days ago literally says to call chief pilot on duty to get released, but now chief pilots say management is yelling at them for doing it so they can’t. Everything is very back and forth.

The phone situation and scheduling was promised to get better when on average it’s getting worse.

Some are leaving for more $$ and benefits, some for a base. Ok.

Others are leaving for their lack of confidence in management. Not good!

Hope things turn around quickly and we get answers… maybe at the town hall Tuesday..?
