The regional model is quickly going to disappear., which it should. The new normal will be Fo’s starting out at $90+ an hour in the entry level aircraft. It has to and places like Skywest are going to have to meet that compensation level or go out of business. Once this happens there is no going back to the ridiculous spread between let’s say a 900 pay scale and a 717 pay scale.
