And for anyone really getting into nuances, if your report for a FDP is on an off day, converted to pilot base time, that entire FDP pays above guarantee, even if it flies into an x-day. Sometimes a redeye may pay above if it reports early enough going into a Res day. Confused yet, new hires? 😂
