they never tell you what your tier is. If you are currently flying and have no detractors you should be T1. all people coming from other majors are T1. They like recent flight experience, less than 200 hours in a year could put you at T2.
it is just a crazy way they try to determine if you will be successful in training. I my opinion it is a very flawed system but they seem to like it.
the reason I say it is flawed is because lots of people who don’t get hired go onto successful careers at their airlines and have no issues in training.
