Everytime really junior awards drop jealous folks come left and right out the woodwork. When I upgraded in 2 years on the 717 I heard all the grumbling, especially from one disheveled looking(extremely wrinkled shirt) 330 FO about this and that is why he didn't upgrade. And this is just the beginning. Wait til the next bid. Things will get even more entertaining
