What type of questions are asked in the virtual interview? Is it a lot of TMAAT and WWYD questions just like the in person interview that one should prep for? For me, the entire process (app window through CJO) was actually very easy going, with the exception of the 7 minute scenario, of course. Even then, they're trying to evaluate how you would do under stress, in a pretty fair way.
The virtual was just "tell us about you", "why Southwest?" and "Can you handle being an FO again?" type questions. I suppose it is somewhat stressful waiting the couple of weeks to find out if you got the job or not, though.
That being said, it is my understanding that they have just revamped the process so that they DO ask TMAAT questions during the virtual, but I don't have any confirmation of that. Maybe someone who interviewed recently can confirm.
