This is going to really hurt them attracting interested candidates. I know a lot of guys at Skywest who were leaving instead of upgrading since they could get DTW or ORD out of training here. If this continues they’ll lose 1/3 of their interested candidates. (Over 1/3 of my MTC and interview groups were Skywest)
