Yeah, I haven’t gotten that vibe at all in the crew room, crew shuttle or the flight deck. Cautiously optimistic is about the highest praise I’ve seen anyone have. Having deep reservations is most common, and then the only FO’s I’ve been paired with who weren’t looking to leave were older with another retirement income stream or two in the back pocket.

That could be rapidly addressed with some proactive measures, a dollop of leadership and even a half a$$ed attempt at keeping the employees informed beyond repeating the key catch phrases from the initial announcement. None of that is happening. This could absolutely be a good thing if done well or turn this place into a heckish pit of low morale and turnover if not done better than it’s currently being done.
