0 or 10, your choice. Acknowledge it, own up to the mistake, describe lessons learned, explain how you'll do better next time. Move on to the next question and never hear another thing about it. OR....try to blame it on someone/something else, or worse yet, lie about it (either explicitly or by omission).
Then you're screwed.
Oh, and you're not banned from flying for Delta as a passenger, right?
