I’d go with what is specified in the email. Mine specifically mentioned business casual, so that’s what I wore.

The LAX meet and greet was enjoyable and very low threat. My sponsor introduced me and was asked why I’d be a good fit at UA. From there, we talked about my history for a bit and had a conversation about flying, road bikes, and other random stuff. They want to get to know you and assess your personality. I brushed up on my United history beforehand and tied it into my “why United” explanation. Be professional and relax… Try to enjoy it!
