Apologies if this ends up being a duplicate post, had some trouble posting the first time. Sponsor is looking to set up a CP M&G for me this summer. I currently have a little over 2,000 total time and about 610 121 SIC. With all the hiring lately at sub 1,000 turbine time, my question is how soon is too soon to do the M&G? Is now okay? Should we wait until I have more turbine time? We don’t want to jump the gun but also want to do it ASAP

We don't really know as all we don't work in HR. You'll find data points of people who got in with less from an LCC and no M&G. It all depends on everything else in your application, demographics, etc. I personally would say go for it--you'll never know when you'll be the one that establishes the new floor.
