I've read this thread and saw a few people mention to NOT wear a suit. So, which one is it? I'm sure I'm overthinking it but I don't want wearing a suit to blow up in my face ("you can't follow basic instructions??"). I'm going to EWR if that makes a difference in the advice.

Thanks!

I know it’s hard to do…I’ve been there…but UAL is a straight shooter. They are not trying to trick you. If they tell you to wear a uniform or business casual, take them at face value. You won’t get extra points for showing up in a suit. You might get the opposite because you didn’t follow their directions. Don’t overthink it. They want to hire you. If you are invited for a M&G then they want to meet you. They vet people before offering M&G’s.
