This IS the company’s problem to fix, not the pilots or the union that represents the pilots with pilot representatives.
Easy there buddy, easy. What nonsense have i spewed? All I am saying is that the contract caps FO rates fairly quickly and that it made sense when it was signed. It no longer makes sense and we need to get better pay rates since FO’s will be FO’s longer.
Last I checked it is our union that goes to the negotiating table correct? I don’t give a flying **** if it’s the companies problem or not, it will still need to be negotiated and the Union will be involved in that.
