I agree. YET ANOTHER REASON we ought to be pushing for industry standard first year pay. Leaving first year lagging the industry wasn’t just unfair to the new guys, it ultimately keeps a cheap labor pool churn going that takes leverage away from the rest of the pilot group. Besides just being the right thing to do, of course.
