How many are actually leaving in the first year? I have always kept my apps up to date and check all the required boxes and haven’t had any invites. I just find it comical when people are like just go to *insert airline*! It’s like the AA pilots when you’re riding the jumpseat. “Got your app in? We’re hiring!” Like no sh*t? What a novel idea! As for now I’m fighting with the pilots here at Spirit and soon Frontier. I drive to work and get to spend a lot more time with my wife and kids. I’d love to make this my final destination.
