After the hiring at the legacy and big cargo airlines in 2022 and 2023, you really think Spronter will be able to staff 450+ airframes and 1000+ daily flights? Seriously?
Pilots with no degrees and no TPIC are getting hired at the legacy airlines right now, many with less than 3000TT. And things havent even started to get bad yet! Wait until there are 1500 hour CFIs getting hired at the legacies in 2024.
