Wat career advice would you give to this guy I recently flew with? Put yourself in his shoes, and tell me what you would do.

- You an Endeavor FO with 1100 hours SIC time.
- You live in NYC, and want to work at any major airline (Delta, American, or United). You don’t care which one - just want to get to one ASAP (earliest possible start date).
- the flow calculator shows you will flow to Delta in March 2024.
- You get a CJO from JetBlue to start in May.
- In the current vacancy, Endeavor awards you a captain upgrade class date… also in May.

Do you…
(a) stay, upgrade to Captain, collect $100,000, and sit back to wait two years for flow in March 2024 (hoping you’ll get an OTS invite to AA, DL, or UA before then)?
or
(b) take the JetBlue FO job and get a 320 type rating… in the hopes you’ll get a call from one of the big three before March 2024. (And if you don't, you could just stay at JB)
