Having flown as a PIC for BTW, please, take my advice, or that of multitudes of other posters in this thread. DO NOT WORK FOR BOUTIQUE AIR. Your career, airman certificate, and physical well being will always be at risk. There are so many other choices out there. Ragged, poorly maintained aircraft, inept management that has no respect for employees (starting at the top with SS), and a toxic work environment.
