Okay, so pluses and minuses:

Bad: Majority of management sucks huge donkey balls. No, make that APA sucks management’s huge donkey balls. Contract not enforced, but doesn’t really matter, because yes you guessed it, contact sucks enormous donkey balls too.

Good: Great guys and gals you fly with, well except for some of the AWA guys that are total tools, but they’re so f’ing senior you’ll probably never fly with them. Awesome chief pilots. Great people in training department. Worlds largest airline, so lots of choices on the kind of flying you want to do.

Like said earlier Fed Ex, United, and Delta are better places to work. This place isn’t bad though and who knows maybe Isom or someone else will be better and turn things around, it’s all cyclical.
