I always thought seniority was determined by the first day of indoc. I finished indoc and the bottom half of the class (myself included) was given a 3 week delay. I was under the assumption that our seniority was fixed but i just checked and am now over 150 spots lower than the pilots in the top half of my indoc class. What happened? Was I mistaken?
