I always thought seniority was determined by the first day of indoc. I finished indoc and the bottom half of the class (myself included) was given a 3 week delay. I was under the assumption that our seniority was fixed but i just checked and am now over 150 spots lower than the pilots in the top half of my indoc class. What happened? Was I mistaken?
The PPM isn't really clear over exactly what day seniority is established, but wow that really sucks if they don't change that. Are the people they moved in front of you at least on a different aircraft from you?
