There's heavy jet captains working as CFIs and 100 applicants for every 1 turboprop job in Australia now. Add to that the frustration of 1-5000 hour pilots being turned down for the right seat while 250hour cadets get in, there's probably a lot of qualified and willing pilots.

However this E3 ad and some others (Avelo, Atlas, Spirit) seems to be targeted towards Australians with an FAA ATP already in the US on an E3 Visa- that pool is probably no more than 150 people at the moment.
