Another thing that makes E3s attractive to LCCs is they can't be poached by a major/legacy.
I would not hold my breath on that one. I've recently been seeing some of the most bizarre individuals I've ever encountered in the entirety of my career getting picked up by the big 3. They are extremely close to the bottom of the regional candidate pool if they aren't already there.
