But I really don't understand why Frontier feels they need to resort to this, when they're going to become the fifth largest airline in the US... Last time I checked there are many, many qualified and great regional pilots eager to get out of the regionals.
Frontier is clearly going for the 'all of the above' route to filing classes. The way I see
it, they are just trying to stay ahead of the shortage. Im sure this Visa program will only provide a small percentage of applicants just like the University programs have.
