That is not sexual harassment. Sexual harassment is an incident when I was employed by SkyWest a few years back. While on a Delta mainline Deadhead one of your gay flight attendants asked what I wanted to drink by grabbing my leg in a “caressing” manner. The women on the window seat saw everything and did not grab her phone to record the incident, she actually laughed over it. Did I report it? Hell no, didn’t want to blow my chances being hired by Delta upsetting a few in HR. They take those type of reports and twist it around to make you the bad guy.
both of those situations are sexual harassment. I’m sorry you felt a power imbalance that made you uncomfortable reporting it. You shouldn’t feel afraid to report bad behavior.
